WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I truly cannot say enough about Heidi! When you first meet her you know that she is a light in this world and she makes you feel so important and seen. She listens to what you need and what your baby needs and she works wonders! She had my baby past her birth weight in one session!! She is so knowledgeable and explains everything! Her tips and tricks have turned my breastfeeding experience around! I was in so much pain before and now my newborn eats like a champion and I truly enjoy breastfeeding now! Heidi truly makes you and your baby feel so comfortable and she truly changed my outlook on breastfeeding! I cannot recommend her enough!

Heidi is an amazing consultant. I was struggling so much as a first time mom with breastfeeding. I was on the bench about whether it was the right route for me so I hired Heidi as a last ditch effort. She immediately recognized what I was doing wrong and gave such amazing positive feedback. With a little bit of tweaking from her my son was gaining weight on breastfeeding alone which he had not done before. I am now confident in my skills to successfully breastfeed my son. I am so thankful for her! I cannot recommend her enough.

Where do I even start. I called about 20 nearby consultants and nobody was able to help. Then Heidi responded immediately. Came to my house on a late Saturday afternoon to put my worries to rest. I could tell my son was not satisfied with feeds and I didn't know what I was doing wrong. My first time mom brain started assuming the worst. With slight positioning tweaks and some guidance on latching, he ate over an ounce in 30 minutes when that used to take him an hour. It gets easier, just call Heidi :)

My husband and I decided to do a home birth, so Heidi's Home Birth package was absolutely perfect for us. She did a virtual prenatal training course, so we had some clue of what to look for before our little one was born. We highly recommend Heidi, and we will be using her services again for our babies in the future!

“Heidi coached me with my first and second babies. Since I'm out of state, she helped me virtually and over the phone. I had seen two other lactation consultants and it still wasn't improving. When I called Heidi, I was impressed by the thoroughness with which she listened and observed, asked questions, and did the detective work to figure out what could be causing the problem. She coached me through weaning my baby off of a nipple shield and educated me about how to maintain a healthy supply in the meantime. was so encouraged after speaking with her! “I worked with Heidi for a virtual one on one lactation session before my first baby was born and it was so helpful. Before a child you have a lot of ideas of how breastfeeding will go and Heidi helped me set realistic expectations and gave practical, applicable advice to use when he was born. Once he was here I was able to go back to those notes and felt much more empowered and less stressed when I wasn't sure what was happening with breastfeeding. We've now been on our breastfeeding journey for 20 months and he is a champ at it.

Heidi was the biggest blessing we could’ve asked for postpartum. We live in Castle Rock and did a homebirth for our son. Right after birth I knew I needed lactation help. Our Doula highly recommended Heidi and helped connect us. Heidi found time in her schedule to come over the very next day. That was a blessing in of itself that she could come so quickly to our home! In two sessions with her, I already felt more confident and saw great improvements in our sons latch. She also was very helpful about any questions I had over text and sent me resources whenever I had follow up questions. Heidi’s sweet calm nature makes her such a great educator and trainer as a lactation coach.

As a first time mom, I didn't know much about breastfeeding, but I had heard that the first few days (and really the first few hours!) are a really important time to establish successful breast-feeding. For that reason, I chose to do the virtual one-on-one lactation session with Heidi before my baby was born to be as prepared as I could be, and I'm so glad I did!

While I received great help and support in the hospital, it was honestly more helpful to me to already have had ahead start on learning about a successful latch, breastfeeding positions, milk supply, etc. During our consultation, Heidi explained things in detail, answered all of my questions (I had so many!), and just took the time to support and encourage me as I prepared to become a new mom. I've been exclusively breastfeeding for four months and it’s truly been amazing! Thank you so much, Heidi!

I ABSOLUTELY loved having Heidi navigate breastfeeding with me. I remember when I texted her I was in labor she sent me multiple very long detailed texts on how to latch properly, do skin to skin, and made me feel right at ease. She was always available within minutes. She has so much knowledge. During my first month of breastfeeding I got mastitis and she immediately called me and even offered to come over and help me through it. She is kind, welcoming, supportive and truly someone you want to walk through the first year of motherhood with. She truly has a heart for it and it shows immensely.

Heidi was so amazing to work with! She came over to our house and her warm presence made me immediately feel comfortable and excited to have her help. She was so thorough and listened to exactly the struggles me and my son were having with our latch. It was so cool to have her weigh my son before and after our feeding to know just how much he was getting. Most importantly, Heidi instilled confidence in me and was so encouraging! She gave such amazing tips and showed how to implement certain practices to perfect our latch and a week later we have really improved and our breastfeeding journey is going amazingly. I am so thankful for Heidi!

Heidi successfully helped me increase my confidence and reach my twin breastfeeding goals. She is super knowledgeable and experienced and incredibly sweet. She is really easy to talk to and very focused in helping you establish and reach your personal goals.

As a first time mom and preparing for labor/post labor, I felt lost in all the information on the internet not knowing what was real or what to expect. Heidi was incredibly sweet and very informative. She answered all of my questions (No matter how weird they were) And I left the session feeling like I could tackle breast feeding without a problem. I’m so excited to start my breastfeeding journey and I feel confident after Heidi’s session.

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! Heidi was phenomenal to work with and she made my experience with breast feeding so much better. I had no issues nursing my first daughter, but my second was giving me trouble — Heidi came to the rescue! Her knowledge of lactation is astounding, and she gave me new tips and tricks that relieved my anxiety and experience of nursing. Highly recommend!!

It was broken down into digestible topics and the videos were very relevant and informational! All my questions and concerns were addressed. It was comprehensive especially around the immediate post-birth feedings, which helps me feel so prepared for that already stressful time.

Heidi is truly incredible. My 4th baby was considered premie and everything I knew about breastfeeding was flipped on its head. Heidi is amazing!! I am on my third baby, breastfed all of them, and had mastitis with my first two but my third baby is currently three months and I’m already on my fourth round and needed help because I’m determined to nurse my son as long as I did my girls. I reached out to Heidi from a referral of a friend and she responded so fast it was amazing! She walked through ways to help, helped guide me on best practices and helped me with what to do moving forward! She was so helpful, so easy to work with and I’m so blessed to have found her! Heidi truly saved my nursing journey with my son! I had seen two different LCs with my daughter and could never find something that worked. With my son, after a few days of struggles I was already resigned that it likely wouldn’t work for him either but on a whim I scheduled an appt with Heidi with less than 24 hours notice and she came to my house and in about an hour had my son latching and feeding so smoothly! I really never thought I’d have a happy and positive nursing experience but thanks to Heidi I am able to get that with my son! Definitely recommend!!
